Mentoring Coaching and Player Development
Each athlete that is part of Back2Back will receive:
-
Gain a trusted honest ally to the athlete and family.
-
Video coaching. We will develop a plan to receive shifts of each player and plan to review athlete’s shifts. Video coaching with NHL, NCAA and CHL teachings as part of plan.
-
Discussions and material to improve our athlete’s mindset.
-
Discussions and material on books to read and the messaging as a takeaway. Helping athletes find the answers from within.
-
Helping players learn to regulate their emotions and plans to overcome adversity by shifting their lens perspective to view failure as an opportunity to grow.
